Vion November 26 2018. Stood in front for 10 min.

never seated! So I asked to be seated! Then 4 other tables were sat and ordered and still no one at my table! Ask to speak to manager and Nik came from the back to take drink order,now all other tables have food and we still have not ordered!

Nik said he would give our table to shift leader so it would be taken care of.Well orederd and recieved food 35min later!Fries cold and hard! Cheesesteaks burnt and greasy! Gr peppers cold and hard not cooked! Ask to speak to manager and Nik would not come back out to table!What is this?

Then could not eat food but recieved a bill for 34.00 dollars for what? Did not eat food!

I emailed Johnny Rockets 7 times no response!I also called 8888 number 9 times left messages no return call to me? Why do you all know that you bussiness is terrible and what can you say?
