I bought two Groupons because my daughter and her friends were going to go to the movies and I wanted to make sure their meals were covered. My daughters friend Dad was going to buy one Groupon and I was going to buy another one.
But when I realize you can give someone a gift. I bought his Groupon and gifted it to the dad so his daughters can use it. And I bought my daughter her own Groupon. We have done this previously and it has worked.
But the previous times us parents were there. Now that our daughters are alone there all of a sudden the system cant do it. Thats a lie. I talked to Sandra, and she was talking over me and was being very rude and not understanding.
That her daughters were stranded there with no money only coupons. She was just coming up with excuses and lies. Would not let me speak to a manager. The girls said they wanted to leave because they were staring at them and they felt uncomfortable.
There should be exceptions. They should be more understanding. And even though the same person bought the Groupon if you gift it to someone else it no longer belongs to them they should belong to the person that you gifted to. And on the top of the coupon it clearly says Mayra TORRES gave Eddie Sanchez his gift.
Two different people. If your system took it once I can take it again. Then Sandra cut me off and said its not her its the system it wont let her. Which is a lie..
she was talking over me stating the manager is not here im not going to do it call back tomorrow she also kept saying no all while i was talking, wouldnt even try to hear me out.

I tried to explain it to her that I sent the girls out to the movies and I bought the ticket online and I also purchased a meal through Groupon. They didnt have any money and I was not gonna pick them up until a while later because I was not in the area. And if she can just do this exception because I know theyve done it before. And I know their system will accept it.
But I know she was lying. If so they can eat something. And sandra just kept saying no no no no tomorrow call tomorrow no no no call tomorrow
So frustrating and rude.
I have worked in retail for years. And in customer service my whole life.
I know that is not how you treat people whether the customer is mistaken there are better ways to do it and handle situation. Theres no need to be rude or brush off anybody like that. We were not trying to get free food. This was all already purchased for .
The girls being as young as they are which is 12-year-old.
And as embarrassed as they were they didnt think of keeping the receipt they threw it out but you should have it on file because it was through a Groupon. Under Mayra torres (714)678-****

I went to Johnny Rockets at Phipps Plaza and the manager on duty that day was horrible. I tasted my fries and told her they were cold and if I could have some more.
She took my fries I had tasted and put them back in the fresh fries and mixed it up and gave me fries. I told her that was not sanitary and she said the owner wouldnt care. I then ask for the number to corporate. She gave me a number and when I called I left several messages.
No one ever responded. I went back to Johnny rockets and the owner was there. The manager said the owner already knows what she did and pointed in His direction for me to talk to him. I tried to talk to him but he was too busy to listen to my concerns.
I finally left, its so sad. I will not be going back and definitely will encourage my friends and family to not patronize Johnny Rockets at Phipps Plaza.

This place needs to be visited by someone from Corporate. If any place gives you a bad review, this is it.
Entered at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Hostess on phone and did not look up to acknowledge me for several minutes. Then a guy that looked disheveled approached me and apologized and showed me to a booth. He told me he was the owner!
What a disgrace. Waited a long time to have a wait staff approach me. The staff in this place is so unprofessional and do not represent your company. All the cooks had messy hair, no net, no mask, no gloves.
I ordered anyway. Meal was substandard, even if it was only a burger. (and not the cheapest one). This place is dirty, staff a mess, owner not professional at all.
This place was so much fun and professional several years ago and then it sold. Now I will not return, will let everyone I know (lots) of this experience.

HOW IS IT RESOLVED??? My money wasn't even returned to me!!
She told me she couldn't find my order either, but I explained to her that my money was already taken out, but it's just not showing up on my app. She decided to check again, and told me that it was in the pending section and asked me if I wanted her to put it in the preparing section. I said yes, but she accidentally ended up pressing the ready button, and decided to ask if I wanted to wait in line and order instead.
Since the line was too long, and they close at 8pm, I decided to cancel my order and thanked her. I'm not sure why my money was still taken, but I'd like a full refund please.

Guess this makes you yourself a RUDE EMPLOYEE. If you are mistaken and wrong and keep arguing they will be rude.
